Exchange Request Timeline
Exchange Window
Standard Exchanges
Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of product delivery
Late Requests
After this period may not be accepted unless verified manufacturer defect
How to Request an Exchange

Order number and Product serial number with Reason for return
